The gentlemen arrived at the scheduled time and was ready to install and deliver all the equipment that was promised. They fully explained how everything worked. They wiped down all of the equipment and removed all trash. Both gentleman were polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

Owner & assistant was very professional, took all Covid19 safety precautions throughout the delivery. He followed up to see if my mom was happy and able to properly use items installed. He returned to the home within 24hrs to ensure mom's concerns. Mom says they have great respect and would recommend the agency hire more people like them or have them train employees. Thank God for them And Claire who execute the plan for then to come out.
